Head of Program Management (m/f/i)

Your duties and responsibilities

  • Professional management of the program management team at both company locations
  • Point of contact for individual program managers
  • Scheduling of current projects into business operations
  • Overriding budget responsibilty and resource planning
  • Responsibility for risk management
  • Responsibility for the ongoing optimization of project management processes
  • Interface to executive management

Our requirements

  • Completion in a technical or business degree course
  • Long standing experience in project management
  • Responsible and entrepreneurial approach to diverse situations
  • Structured and independent work practices
  • Pragmatically-thinking and proactive leadership personality
  • Fluent English in spoken and written language
  • Knowledge of common standards and regulations of the aerospace industry is advantageous
